linking to the same page in another language

At very the top of the page, add the following:

{{otherlang|CODE|PAGENAME}}

where CODE is the two-letter language abbreviation code for the language of PAGENAME, and PAGENAME is the name of the page (in the other language) linked to.

For example, on top of the Main Page, the following is added:

{{otherlang|nl|Hoofdpagina}}
Nl.gif

This results in a Dutch flag (code=nl) showing on the right and linking to Hoofdpagina, the Main Page in Dutch (as shown here).

linking to another page in another language

After the link, add the following:

{{lang|CODE}}

where CODE is the two-letter language abbreviation code (see below).

For example:

[[Main Page]]{{lang|en}}

results in:

Main Page(en)

  • English = en
  • Dutch = nl
  • French = fr
  • German = de
  • Japanese = jp
  • Swedish = se
